- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for products that are returned in their original condition within 2 days of purchase.
- Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us through contact us page with your order details.
- Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refunds will take 7 – 30 Days to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are expired or damaged. Incase of exchanges, we will initiate the process within 7 Days and the replacement will be delivered within 10 – 14 Days.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted in case of damaged goods only, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A video of unboxing/ opening video of the product is required (Box ya packate ko open karni ki video hona avashyak hai return ke lie).
Reasons for other reasons are not accepted.
